Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise multiple flat roofing and facade projects from initial planning through to completion.
  • Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Ensure all operations adhere to safety regulations and company protocols.
  • Track project progress, budgets, and timelines, making necessary adjustments to meet deadlines.
  • Provide leadership and direction to site teams, ensuring high productivity and quality outcomes.
  • Address any onsite challenges promptly to minimize disruptions to the project schedule.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients, offering regular updates and addressing any inquiries.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in construction management, specifically in the flat roofing and facades domain.
  • Possession of a valid Black CSCS Card.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
  • Exceptional project management abilities with a talent for multitasking and prioritizing effectively.
  • Demonstrated capability to lead and inspire site teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related discipline are preferred.
