**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Uphold care standards and maintain accurate records
  • Facilitate onboarding, training, and ongoing support for staff
  • Assist in compliance assessments
  • Lead and inspire the care team
  • Monitor staff attendance and manage absences
  • Contribute to financial viability

**Qualifications:**

  • Commitment to Leadership and Management Award (Level 5)
  • Prior experience in a supervisory role
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Capability to make informed decisions
  • Excellent leadership and motivational skills
