AWE is seeking a skilled Project Controls Manager to join our Nuclear Security Technologies team as part of the Project Controls Team working on our Trident Programme.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply procedures, processes, and systems to ensure the quality and consistency of data supported by your team.
- Line and task manage and deploy Project Controls team members.
- Build great relationships to influence key stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with Earned Value Management governance.
- Provide analysis and insight of project performance data to the Head of Programme.
- Lead change control and baseline management for the Programme.
- Apply procedures, processes, and systems to ensure high-quality and consistent data is delivered by your team.
- Build great relationships with key stakeholders.
- Review actuals and analysis of Earned Value variance.
- Cost control management.
Requirements:
- Deliver controls in a major project/programme environment, ideally within Defence, Data Centres, Life Sciences, Pharma, R&D facilities, Industrial, Manufacturing, Distribution & Logistics sectors.
- Adept with controls/general software applications such as Primavera (P6), Power BI.
