The Walled Garden, a thriving business in West Wycombe, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to fill the role of Assistant General Manager. As a key member of our senior management team, you will play a vital part in driving our continued success and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Management: Oversee daily café operations, ensuring exceptional service and staff preparation.
  • Standards & Quality Control: Uphold the highest standards of service, food quality, and customer experience.
  • Staff Management: Train, supervise, and inspire staff to maintain a motivated and positive working environment.
  • Community Engagement: Build strong relationships with the community, addressing feedback and ensuring exceptional experiences.
  • Maintenance and Safety: Ensure all areas, including grounds and public restrooms, are kept in top condition for guest safety and enjoyment.
Requirements:
  • Experience in street food or events, with a strong understanding of creative service setups.
  • Family-friendly environment, with a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere.
  • Technical skills, including software usage for bookings, staff schedules, and inventory control.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
