The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our museum collection, developing and implementing a comprehensive collections management strategy, and leading the development of new exhibitions and programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and care for the museum collection, including acquisition, cataloging, and conservation.
  • Develop and implement a collections management strategy, including the development of policies and procedures.
  • Lead the development of new exhibitions and programs, including concept development, design, and installation.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement exhibitions and programs that meet the needs of our diverse audience.
  • Manage and maintain the museum's collections database, including data entry, research, and analysis.
  • Develop and implement educational programs and activities that promote the museum's collections and exhibitions.
  • Work with the museum's curatorial team to develop and implement exhibitions and programs that meet the needs of our diverse audience.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Museum Studies, Curatorial Studies, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in museum collections management, curatorial work, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful exhibitions and programs.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
