Job Summary

Xoriant is seeking a highly skilled Network Architect to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing network connectivity between on-premises datacenters and the cloud, as well as within the cloud.

Key Responsibilities
  • Network Design and Implementation: Design and implement network connectivity between on-premises datacenters and the cloud, as well as within the cloud.
  • Cloud Expertise: Have extensive knowledge of Direct Connect, Equinix Fabric, AWS DX gateways, AWS Transit Gateways (TGW), and site-to-site VPN.
  • Firewall Management: Manage firewalls from multiple vendors, including Cisco ASA/FirePOWER, CheckPoint, and Fortigate, and deploy firewall rules using Cisco CSM (Cisco Security Manager) and Cisco FMC (FirePOWER Management Centre).
  • Routing and Switching: Have a strong understanding of routing protocols, including OSPF, BGP, and policy-based routing, as well as switching protocols, including HSRP, VRRP, and STP.
  • Datacenter Expertise: Have a good understanding of NX-OS and ACI, and be familiar with the operation of ACI deployed within the core infrastructure.
  • Debugging and Troubleshooting: Have strong debugging skills and be able to run packet captures and Wireshark traces.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless network operations and communicate effectively with stakeholders to resolve issues.
Requirements
  • Education: Engineering/Computer Science Degree or industry-related qualifications, such as AWS and Cisco Certifications.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in network architecture and design, with a strong focus on cloud and datacenter technologies.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of cloud and datacenter technologies, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform, as well as network protocols, including OSPF, BGP, and policy-based routing.
