Experienced Celebrity Personal Assistant Wanted for High-Profile Actor

Job Summary:
Lavender Jones Recruitment is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Personal Assistant to support a renowned actor in his personal and business affairs. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing the actor's complex diary, coordinating meetings, and ensuring seamless execution of various tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the actor's diary, scheduling appointments, and meetings across multiple time zones
- Coordinate travel itineraries for work and personal trips, including private PA support and household management duties
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, email management, and document preparation
- Develop and maintain relationships with writers, producers, and other industry professionals
- Ensure the actor's schedule is optimized, and deadlines are met
Requirements:
- At least 5-10 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, preferably in the entertainment industry
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
