We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Commis Chef Apprentice to join our team at Dan Sidders. As a Commis Chef, you will play a vital role in the kitchen, working closely with our experienced chefs to prepare and cook a wide range of dishes.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in food preparation, including washing, cutting, and portioning ingredients
- Cook food to specification, ensuring high-quality presentation and flavor
- Maintain good food hygiene practices, including food rotation and equipment cleaning
- Contribute to kitchen cleaning and maintenance, ensuring a clean and safe working environment

Requirements- 6 hours per week in paid hours to complete off-the-job training

Once you have completed your apprenticeship, you may be eligible to progress to a Senior Production or Chef De Partie role. We are committed to supporting your career development and providing opportunities for growth and progression.
