About Canterbury Cathedral Lodge

We are seeking a skilled Commis Chef to join our team at Canterbury Cathedral Lodge, a prestigious establishment located in the heart of Canterbury, Kent.

The successful candidate will have experience in a professional kitchen, with a strong focus on maintaining high standards of food quality and productivity during service.

A Diploma in Professional Cookery levels 1 & 2 or equivalent is preferred, and ideally you will have had at least 2 years experience in a similar role.

As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and cooking of all foods, working closely with our experienced chefs to deliver exceptional cuisine to our guests.
