Role Overview:
We are seeking to enhance our construction team with a Mechanical Site Supervisor based in Burham WSW, Kent.


In this role, you will report directly to the M&E Manager/Lead Site Supervisor. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage all mechanical site operations efficiently, ensuring compliance with specifications and contract timelines while prioritizing health and safety and delivering a high-quality final product. You will ensure that all Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) are completed as work progresses.


Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Site Manager in fostering a safe working environment for all personnel, supply chain partners, and visitors.


- Ensure that all relevant Health, Safety, and Environmental (HS&E) documentation is accurately recorded and reviewed upon receipt, confirming that the latest versions are in use.

- Verify that all pertinent documents adequately outline the work to be performed.

- Review and provide feedback on Method Statements and Work Instructions as outlined in the Project Execution Plan.

- Supervise operations to guarantee adherence to Method Statements and Work Instructions.

- Document the progress of work on record drawings or other suitable means as necessary.

- Log all non-conformances and opportunities for improvement, coordinating actions with the responsible personnel.

Required Experience:
- Several years of experience in the Energy sector, with a strong understanding of pipework fabrication, welding, and installation.

- Ability to recognize quality welding and perform punch and snag operations on pipelines according to Isometric, General Arrangement (GA), and Piping and Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID) drawings.

- HNC/HND in Mechanical Engineering or a solid apprenticeship in pipework and welding, complemented by relevant experience.

- SSSTS

- CSCS
- First Aid Certification
