Construction Site Supervisor (Contract)

We are representing The Highfield Company, a prominent player in the construction industry, currently in search of a skilled Construction Site Supervisor for a significant project.

As a Construction Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily site activities, ensuring seamless coordination among company staff and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Emphasize health and safety protocols, along with effective planning, scheduling, and coordination of offsite tasks.
  • Manage and optimize onsite operations to guarantee project efficiency and compliance with timelines.
  • Possess extensive knowledge of steel construction techniques and practices, ideally in a supervisory capacity.
  • Demonstrate proven experience in planning and executing steelwork installations and associated packages.
  • Exhibit proficiency in creating risk assessments, method statements, and other essential site documentation.
  • Showcase expertise in erecting various steel structures, including high-rise, medium-rise, urban buildings, and refurbishment projects.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in welding operations.

Qualifications:

  • CSCS Black Card.
  • SMSTS or equivalent (IOSH certification is a plus).
  • Valid driver's license.
