Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Implementation of New Employee Benefits: Collaborate with our new business coordinators and client owners to implement new employee benefits, ensuring seamless integration and effective communication.
  • Anticipate and Respond to Client Needs: Proactively anticipate and respond to the needs of our Account Executive team, providing exceptional client service and ensuring timely resolution of queries.
  • Proactively Support Account Executives: Offer comprehensive support to our Account Executives, handling enquiries, correspondence, and providing guidance on risk and healthcare matters.
  • Manage Training Needs and PDP Requirements: Identify and manage training needs and PDP requirements of our Account Executives, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Maintain a Comprehensive Understanding of Risk and Healthcare Systems: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in risk and healthcare systems, providing expert advice and guidance to our clients and team members.
  • Assist in Identifying New Business Opportunities: Collaborate with our Account Executives to identify new business opportunities, leveraging your expertise in risk and healthcare to drive growth and revenue.
  • Identify Potential Unprofitable Clients: Analyze client data and identify potential unprofitable clients, working closely with management to develop strategies for improvement.
  • Evidence of Continuing Professional Development: Demonstrate a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Strong Technical Knowledge of Risk and Healthcare Employee Benefits: Possess a deep understanding of risk and healthcare employee benefits, including industry exams and certifications.
  • Develop Core Skills in Communication, Questioning, Listening, Report Writing, and Presenting: Develop and maintain strong core skills in communication, questioning, listening, report writing, and presenting, ensuring effective collaboration and communication with clients and team members.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Internal Systems: Possess proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and relevant internal systems and databases.
  • Demonstrable Experience in a Similar Role: Bring a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role in Financial Services or financial services administration, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong Customer Service and Relationship Building Skills: Possess excellent customer service and relationship building skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
  • High Level of Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to produce high-quality documentation and reports.
  • Ability to Travel: Possess a clean driving license and access to a car, with the ability to travel to various locations as required.
