About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Junior Paid Social Media Manager to join our team at Realtime Agency. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing multi-million-pound budgets and leveraging the latest technology to drive results.

You will work closely with major social platforms to deliver best-in-class advertising campaigns, alongside some of the best specialists in our agency across PPC, Programmatic, and Search.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, manage, and execute large-scale paid ads on social platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok, with a focus on full-funnel experience across brand and performance marketing.
  • Own client communications within key accounts and present the strategic vision of social media as part of the full media mix and current performance on regular client meetings.
  • Drive new ideas to improve the performance of social media campaigns, including account structure, bid strategy, creative, ad copy, audience management, and landing page optimization.
  • Continuously monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations to maximize ROI and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Execute tests, collect, and analyze data, identify trends, and insights to maximize performance.
  • Track, report, and analyze website analytics and campaigns.
  • Identify and present new opportunities/areas of growth that will help continue the development of paid channels.
  • Support a team responsible for the placement, optimization, testing, and execution of complex campaigns.
  • Work closely with the creative and reporting teams to drive data-backed innovation and strategy.
  • Understand Marketing Mix Modelling and how it impacts social media.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of paid advertising experience, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously to meet objectives/key deadlines.
  • Experience with website and lead analytics (UTM tagging, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Datorama, or reporting dashboards).
  • Outstanding data handling and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Well-organized and flexible, able to move from project to project without delay.
  • A passion for digital marketing and learning.
