About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Fundraising Manager to lead the development and implementation of our individual giving programme. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in individual giving fundraising, with experience of planning, implementing and evaluating campaigns across various channels.

The ideal candidate will be able to identify and optimise new fundraising opportunities to grow income for the organisation, and will have a talent for transforming marketing and communication channels to reach new supporters and provide excellent stewardship to existing ones.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individual giving campaigns across various channels, including print, digital and social media
  • Identify and optimise new fundraising opportunities to grow income for the organisation
  • Transform marketing and communication channels to reach new supporters and provide excellent stewardship to existing ones
  • Work closely with the team to develop and implement a range of opportunities for involvement
Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  • Demonstrable knowledge and experience in individual giving fundraising
  • Experience of planning, implementing and evaluating individual giving campaigns across various channels
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A talent for transforming marketing and communication channels to reach new supporters and provide excellent stewardship to existing ones
