The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a number of mixed-use projects from inception through to planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of regeneration strategies and plans
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project opportunities
  • Manage project teams and ensure effective project delivery
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including local communities, businesses, and partners
  • Provide expert advice on regeneration and development projects

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in regeneration and development projects, preferably with a local authority
  • Strong knowledge of regeneration strategies and plans, including the Levelling Up scheme
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills
  • Ability to work effectively with stakeholders and build strong relationships
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
