Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Regional SHEQ Advisor to join our team at Inside Avenue Recruitment. As a Regional SHEQ Advisor, you will be responsible for providing professional advice and solutions to ensure compliance with legislation and best practices in health, safety, quality, and environmental matters within our client's Group Power Division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Health and Safety best practice to ensure the Company complies with current health and safety legislation, approved codes of practice, and guidance.
- Advise and assist in the planning and promotion of health, safety, environment, and quality programs.
- Engage and communicate with operational staff to ensure effective implementation of health, safety, environment, and quality policies and procedures.
- Monitor health, safety, environment, and quality performance on contracts and take necessary steps to improve standards.
- Compile, review, and revise project SHEQ documentation and welfare setup.
- Ensure all levels of staff have the appropriate training in health, safety, quality, and environmental matters.
- Coordinate with the SHEQ Department in all health, safety, environment, and quality matters.
Requirements:
- NEBOSH/NCRQ Level 6 (NVQ Level 5 as a minimum standard).
- EUSR or CSCS in a related subject.
- NRSWA (SWQR).
- Proficient in data analysis and compiling reports.
- Competent in core standard Microsoft Software.
