Technical Manager for Flat Roofing Solutions – Europe

Are you an analytical and strategic professional eager to make an impact in the flat roofing sector across Europe? We are looking for a committed Technical Manager to spearhead the promotion of our innovative gypsum glass mat roofing products. If you possess extensive experience in commercial flat roofing waterproofing systems and excel in teamwork with both internal and external stakeholders, this position is tailored for you. Your contributions will be crucial in crafting technical communications, implementing testing initiatives, and engaging with industry professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer technical guidance to sales teams, manufacturers, contractors, and design professionals
  • Design and implement a testing framework in accordance with European regulations and competitor analysis
  • Build relationships with influential industry figures and take part in technical committees
  • Work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure technical strategies align with business goals
  • Drive the technical marketing of our products in Europe through innovative proposals and solutions

Essential Qualifications:

  • Background in the European flat roofing waterproofing market
  • Familiarity with flat roofing waterproofing materials and systems
  • Competence in Microsoft Office and proficiency in English
  • Ability to operate both independently and as part of cross-functional teams

Desirable Attributes:

  • Demonstrated success in collaborating with international teams
  • Established connections within the flat roofing waterproofing sector
  • Experience with FM Approvals' RoofNav database
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM or similar platforms
