Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled French Content Editor to join our team. As a Content Editor, you will be responsible for translating and proofreading various elements of content support for our client's knowledge base, as well as writing articles, inputting to step-by-step diagnostic content, and creating 'how to' guides.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate and proofread new and existing content
  • Test and proofread content in various formats (scripts, text in imagery, etc.) prior to go live
  • Support the creation of new content in accordance with new product releases, client requests and feedback, operating system and platform updates, call drivers, and other insight sources
  • Review existing articles, scripts, and content on a regular basis, support new client launches, and ensure the accuracy and consistency of translations across the required formats
  • Work with the User Experience (UX) team to ensure quality is maintained across content types and language variants

Requirements:

  • Proficient spoken and written French Canadian with a good grasp of spelling and grammar in this language
  • Clear writing style expressed in English and French Canadian
  • Ability to explain complex processes clearly and without ambiguity
  • Content proofreading experience
  • Excellent grasp of spelling, grammar, and attention to detail
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Confident pro-active approach
