About the Role

Astellas Europe is seeking a highly skilled Change Communications Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of our digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive communication strategy to drive engagement and adoption across multiple programs.
  • Partner with project teams to lead and support change management initiatives, including communications, timelines, and other necessary steps.
  • Provide expert guidance on change management best practices and expertise to drive high adoption and implementation results.
  • Manage relationships and governance with affiliate stakeholders and leaders to ensure alignment with the voice of the business.
  • Define and measure success metrics, monitor change processes, and identify adoption measurement metrics.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in change management, communication, and adoption within the pharmaceuticals, healthcare, and/or multinational corporations.
  • Proven track record of leading project-based initiatives and managing multiple initiatives with varying levels of complexity and maturity.
  • Significant commercial business experience, including customer engagement and omnichannel strategy.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and manage senior leaders and other key stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective collaborative relationships with team members, management, and internal/external partners.
