We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Home Delivery Driver to join our team at Iceland. As a key ambassador for our business, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive their shopping in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver shopping to customers' doors, providing a high level of customer service and ensuring that all deliveries are made in a safe and efficient manner.
- Work as part of a supportive team to achieve sales and customer service targets.
- Provide assistance with store operations as required, including packing stock and working on the checkout.
- Develop strong relationships with customers and colleagues to ensure a positive and supportive working environment.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a current driving licence (held for at least 3 years and have no more than 6 points) and a winning way with people from all walks of life. You will also need to be able to work flexible shifts, including early mornings and late evenings.
