Drive Transformation and Excellence in Our Corporate Portfolio Management Office

We are seeking a talented and experienced professional to join our Corporate Portfolio Management Office (CPMO) as a key member of our team. As a Transformation Programme Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the successful delivery of our transformation programmes and ensuring the highest standards of project and programme management.

About the Role

  • Act as a critical friend and sounding board to colleagues to support the delivery of transformation programmes.
  • Work closely with programme delivery teams, sponsors, and boards to identify and remove barriers to successful delivery.
  • Ensure transparency and accountability across all our improvement and transformation activity.
  • Contribute to the development of a Centre of Excellence to drive forward project and programme management standards and performance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Programme Management Offices or Portfolio/programme/project management environments.

  • A passion for driving and assuring change, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
