We are currently seeking a Pest Control Technician to cover a designated area. If you are someone who enjoys working independently and excels at addressing unique customer challenges directly, this role may be a perfect fit for you.

As a prominent figure in pest management, Rentokil Initial delivers expert, trustworthy, and professional guidance to clients across both commercial and residential sectors. Our technicians undergo industry-leading training to equip them with the skills necessary to assist our clients with their pest control needs.

Expected OTE: £30,000 per annum, with opportunities for bonuses and commissions.

Employment Type: This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday (40 hours per week), with the potential for increased hours and salary in the future.

Location: Be part of our operations in a designated area.

Relocation Assistance: If you are currently residing more than two hours away from the job location and are willing to relocate, we may offer a relocation package of up to £5,000, tailored to your specific circumstances.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Conducting inspections of client properties to identify signs of pest activity and potential risks.
  • Promptly addressing pest issues by cleaning and removing evidence of pest presence.
  • Providing valuable advice to clients regarding the maintenance and hygiene of their properties.
  • Completing detailed reports following each visit.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.

Requirements:

Essential Qualifications

  • A valid UK driving licence held for over two years, with no more than six penalty points.
  • GCSE (or equivalent) qualifications in Maths and English at level C (Grade 4) or above.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Flexibility in working hours to meet business needs.
