Position Overview

As a key player in a sophisticated operation that provides exceptional service for a leading brand in the market, you will be instrumental in ensuring outstanding service delivery to our clients. Essential qualities for success in this role include collaboration, effective communication, and determination, alongside the capability to work independently and proactively.

Reporting directly to the Shift Supervisor, your primary responsibilities will include operating various types of Material Handling Equipment (MHE) to safely and efficiently load, unload, and store pallets of products. Comprehensive MHE training will be provided as necessary, along with guidance on how to utilize it effectively to meet performance targets.

Compensation and Work Schedule:

  • £13.50 per hour
  • 4 on 4 off rotating shifts

Required Qualifications

  • Proven ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Capable of managing time effectively to meet daily performance goals.
  • A collaborative team member who can also operate independently.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Flexible approach to work and shift schedules.
  • Comfortable working at heights.
