Job Overview

Culina Group is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Warehouse Operative to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate various types of material handling equipment (MHE) to load, offload, and put away pallets of product in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the Shift Manager to achieve daily targets and ensure seamless operations.
  • Participate in MHE training and coaching to optimize productivity and efficiency.
  • Contribute to a positive and productive team environment, demonstrating excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Work effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
  • Adapt to changing priorities and shift patterns, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach.

Requirements

  • Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effectively manage own time to achieve daily targets and contribute to team goals.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and management.
  • Ability to work at height and in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
