Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive and manage the care home, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance with all regulations and quality standards.
  • Oversee nursing and dementia care for older people, including frail elderly and dementia service users.
  • Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the needs of residents.
  • Lead a team of care professionals to deliver exceptional care and services.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in care home management.
  • Strong care home management skills and knowledge of quality, compliance, and regulations within a care home setting.
  • Excellent understanding of CQC standards and recent inspections.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team to deliver exceptional care and services.
