Engineering Assurance Manager

The Defence organisation is seeking a highly skilled Engineering Assurance Manager to lead technical assurance across the Dreadnought programme.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Dreadnought Alliance Tier 1 (SDA/Customer) Engineering Assurance, ensuring technical coherence and alignment with the Futures Programme.
- Develop and implement effective technical assurance strategies, leveraging expertise to drive programme success.
- Collaborate with programme stakeholders to identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring programme deliverables meet Defence requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and support to programme teams, promoting a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Proven experience in technical assurance, with a strong understanding of programme management principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate technical risks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks and managing multiple deadlines.
