Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a collaborative and productive team-first culture, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

  • Contribute to strategic decisions, including capital expenditure and operational expenditure investments.

Requirements
  • Extensive experience in managing workflows, increasing output, and reducing errors.
  • Well-established background in financial management, including improving margins and reducing costs.
  • Excellent verbal, non-verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Strong upward communication skills, with the ability to work with Directors on strategic decision-making.
  • Proficiency in main Office 365 packages, including Excel.
