Company: Our client is a reputable independent dealership in the automotive retail industry.

Job Title: Used Car Sales Controller

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Controller to lead our sales team at our Used Car Dealership based in Leeds.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Team Leadership: Ensure the dealership is well-managed, with a focus on presenting the Retail Centre in an attractive and appealing manner.
  2. Sales Performance: Unleash the potential of the sales team by setting stretching objectives and providing regular feedback on performance.
  3. Resource Allocation: Resource the sales team appropriately on a day-to-day and longer-term basis.
  4. Customer Experience: Ensure that customers have an exceptional experience when interacting with our sales team.

Requirements:

  1. Proven Track Record: A proven track record in sales, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in the automotive industry.
  2. Leadership Skills: The ability to lead by example, manage, and inspire the team to deliver incredible performance.
  3. Computer Literacy: Great computer literacy and the ability to use sales management software.

Working Pattern: Your working pattern will cover a mixture of weekends and weekdays, mainly long days of 4 or 5 days per week, rota dependent.

Salary: The salary for this role is £45k, with scope for the salary to rise to £49k once promoted to Senior Sales Controller.
