Procurement Manager for Hospitality - Capex & MRO

Bramwith Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager to join their growing team. As a market-leading hospitality firm, we are committed to delivering exceptional results and providing our employees with significant career progression opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies for Capex and MRO spend areas, focusing on key hospitality items such as refurbishment, electrical, and property maintenance.
  • Manage key energy suppliers to ensure service level agreements are met and contractual obligations are adhered to.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to drive warranty management, ensuring data is effectively measured and issues are resolved.
  • Work closely with cross-functional stakeholder groups to quantify and report on maintenance agendas.
