Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and plan individualized care for patients, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Provide expert clinical support to patients and their relatives, promoting a positive and supportive environment.
  • Act as a resource person for the team, providing accurate information and advice to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements:
  • NMC or HCPC registration.
