The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities management, with a focus on ensuring the safety and maintenance of buildings and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Facilities Management: Ensure all building facilities adhere to proper safety standards and cleaning procedures.
  2. Maintenance and Repair: Maintain equipment and building provisions to meet health and safety requirements.
  3. Project Management: Organize and plan building installments and refurbishments.
  4. Team Leadership: Supervise facilities staff and communicate with external contractors and vendors.
  5. Insurance and Compliance: Handle insurance contracts and ensure all facilities are up to code.
Requirements
  1. Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience in facilities management.
