We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Services Administrator to join our team at MBF Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our financial planners and contribute to the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning Administration:
    • Provide administrative support to our financial planners, including processing Letters of Authority and managing client policy information.
    • Liaise with financial product providers to obtain necessary information.
    • Assist in preparing client documentation and reports.
  • General Office Administration and Reception Duties:
    • Perform general office administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
    • Cover reception duties as needed.
    • Handle incoming communications and maintain office supplies and equipment.
  • Qualifications and Skills:
    • Previous experience in a similar administrative role, ideally within financial services.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
