Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to urgent shipping inquiries.
  • Become well-versed in the array of specialized services available to clients.
  • Determine the most effective transportation method (Express Air, Hand carry, or Road).
  • Conduct thorough customs checks.
  • Gather booking information and coordinate collections and deliveries.
  • Provide accurate quotations and obtain third-party pricing.
  • Monitor and track all shipments, keeping clients updated on their status, including any delays or resolutions.
  • Exhibit a proactive attitude and demonstrate a commitment to going above and beyond for clients.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Significant experience in the airfreight sector, particularly with time-sensitive shipments.
  • Exceptional customer service and consultative skills.
