Role Overview

As a Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in driving our email marketing strategy forward. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing creative email campaigns to engage with our clients and candidates, showcasing our expertise and building strong relationships.
  • Conducting thorough audience segmentation to ensure our content is tailored to the specific needs of our audience, resulting in increased engagement and conversion rates.
  • Analyzing campaign performance to identify areas for improvement and optimize our strategy for maximum impact.
  • Managing subscriber databases to ensure compliance with industry policies and best practices.
  • Contributing to our brand awareness efforts through the development of innovative marketing materials and campaigns.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Significant experience in utilizing email marketing tools and platforms.
  • A creative mindset with a passion for presenting innovative ideas and strategies.
  • Excellent written communication skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Customer segmentation experience to ensure our content is tailored to the specific needs of our audience.
  • Knowledge of email compliance and best practices to ensure we are always operating within industry guidelines.
  • Any experience of working with sales teams is beneficial, but not essential.
