About Us: At Advanced Financial Planning, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional financial guidance to a diverse clientele, encompassing a comprehensive array of investment and retirement planning solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and processing of new business applications.
- Manage and service existing client accounts efficiently.
- Engage in platform-based tasks and ensure adherence to strict deadlines.
- Collaborate with Administration teams to facilitate seamless business operations.
- Provide technical support, including drafting suitability reports, conducting asset analysis, and performing in-depth research.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and financial providers.
Qualifications: Candidates should possess a minimum of three years of experience in the Financial Services sector, preferably with a background in pension and investment planning within a paraplanning or administrative capacity.
Educational Requirements: While a Diploma level qualification is preferred, we are open to considering part-qualified individuals who meet the necessary experience criteria.
Future Opportunities: Given the expanding nature of our business, there is potential for this role to transition into a permanent position.
