About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Legal Secretary to join our Planning team at Ideal Personnel & Recruitment Solutions Limited.

The ideal candidate will have excellent secretarial support skills and be able to provide timely and efficient support to the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transcribe and proofread letters, emails, and other correspondence
  • Audio typing and file management
  • Typing of documents and tracking amendments
  • Scanning, paginating, and photocopying
  • File opening, ID checks, and preparation of client care letters
  • Providing general administration support to the team
Requirements
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • A good eye for detail
  • Good organization and time management abilities
  • Excellent team player
  • Great typing skills
  • Motivated with a strong commitment to learning
  • Prior secretarial experience within a law firm would be advantageous
