Job Title: Head of Digital Development

Global Radio Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Digital Development to join our Branded Content Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving digital creativity and excellence within the Branded Content team and developing Global's Digital Branded Content output.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Branded Content's digital strategy and support the team by upskilling them on the latest technologies and trends to leverage as part of Branded Content campaigns.
  • Develop and implement innovative digital solutions that enhance operational efficiency and excellence.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure digital and social-first ideas are integrated into client briefs and proactive projects.
  • Manage and develop Digital Editors to ensure high and compliant output across digital channels.
  • Run creative workshops to develop digital knowledge across the business.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience leading creative sessions and workshops to guide best practice, process, or change.
  • Strong knowledge of digital media, social media platforms, and trends.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholder relationships simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
