Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the team to deliver a culture of exceptional care for colleagues and customers, prioritizing customer needs in decision-making.
- Drive the team to achieve Hub local plans for Enhanced Services.
- Proactively manage clinics to boost productivity and efficiency.
- Maintain clinical and health and safety standards in-store.
- Support the Store Manager - Hub to deliver high retailing standards, ensuring a clean and well-presented shop floor and clinical areas.
- Support the development of the Optical Consultant team.
- Keyholder responsibilities, ensuring operational procedures are followed.
About You
You will have leadership experience and be widely respected by peers, customers, and management. Key capabilities include:
- Ability to train and guide store colleagues.
- Motivator and great communicator in 1:1 and group situations.
