Salary Range: £23,115 - £24,140 pro-rata, per annum, plus Market Supplement of £953 pro-rata per annum

Work Schedule: Up to 36 hours per week, with flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Shared Services Partnership. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, supporting their physical, emotional, and social needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Support residents with their mental and physical wellbeing, including providing emotional support and companionship
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care services
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a care setting, preferably in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to care
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
