About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant with Altogether Care, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live independently in their own homes.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality care and support to our clients, empowering them to make their own decisions and choices. You will work closely with our clients, their families, and other professionals to ensure that their needs are met and their quality of life is enhanced.

As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing personal care and support to our clients, including assistance with daily living tasks and activities.
  • Empowering our clients to make their own decisions and choices, promoting their independence and autonomy.
  • Working closely with our clients, their families, and other professionals to ensure that their needs are met and their quality of life is enhanced.
  • Utilizing mobile technology to record and deliver quality care, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible support.
  • Upholding the principles of Altogether Care's values, including compassion, empathy, and respect for our clients and their families.
