The People Data Analyst is a senior role within the HR Reporting and People Analytics team, responsible for delivering business-critical insights and driving data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain advanced data analytics solutions using SQL, Tableau, and other tools to provide rich insights to stakeholders.
  • Build effective partnerships with stakeholders to understand business processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop data-driven recommendations.
  • Lead the implementation of the People Data Warehouse and ensure data governance and data literacy across the organization.
  • Communicate complex data insights to stakeholders through verbal, written, and presentation formats.
  • Define requirements, develop technical specifications, document test scripts, and conduct data flow analysis.
  • Drive business outcomes through data-driven storytelling and recommendations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and people analytics.
