Key Responsibilities:
- Purchase ledger processing and account reconciliation
- Process weekly payroll for employees
- Manage a high volume of data on a weekly basis
- Assist with month and year end accounting
- Processing simple accounts journals for regular non-ledger transactions and other basic bookkeeping tasks
Requirements:
- Highly organized with great administrative and clerical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in computer programs, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
- Ability to use basic accounting software (experience with Sage Payroll and Microsoft AX desirable but not essential, full training will be given)
