The RoleWe are seeking a skilled Warehouse Supervisor to provide leadership and support to a team of direct reports in the warehouse. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, delegating, and monitoring the workload across all warehouse functions to meet operational service levels. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing strong leadership to drive positive changes in company culture, team performance, and operational processes
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety practices and processes
- Managing and supporting team members, including training, guidance, and performance management
- Utilizing spare resources and equipment effectively
- Supporting new starters and managing short or long-term absences
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a warehouse environment, with experience using WMS systems and excellent communication skills. They will be self-sufficient, able to work on own initiative, and have a solid understanding of relevant health and safety practices.
