We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to support the Home Manager in providing a safe and nurturing environment for our residents. As a Children\u2019s Home Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the home, including supervising staff, managing resources, and maintaining high standards of care.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the Home Manager in the overall management of the home
  • Supervising and mentoring staff to ensure high-quality care and support
  • Managing resources and budgets to ensure efficient operation of the home
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
