Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at ACS Business Performance Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out site repairs and modifications on both mechanical and electrical equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough fault finding and troubleshooting on pumps, gearboxes, lathes, grinding machines, and boring machines.
  • Perform machine strip downs and rebuilds, ensuring all components are properly maintained and replaced.
  • Develop and implement planned and preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
  • Install mechanical equipment, including pipe fitting and machine moves, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Strong organizational and planning abilities, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results.
  • Cost-conscious and able to work to budget, with a focus on minimizing waste and optimizing resources.
  • Well-versed in relevant software, including CAD, MS Office, and MS Project.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with a focus on quality and accuracy.
