Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and analyze information related to individual clients to create personalized fitness programs.
  • Design and deliver safe and effective exercise sessions, including group classes and one-on-one training.
  • Provide inductions and general exercise programs, including introducing new equipment and techniques.
  • Teach classes or small group training sessions, with training provided to ensure you have the necessary skills.
  • Select and demonstrate a variety of training methods to suit individual client needs.
  • Provide clients with advice on how to progress their fitness programs and correct unsafe techniques.
  • Interact and motivate clients to promote retention and adherence to exercise programs.
