Position: IT Procurement Solutions Manager

- Facilitating a comprehensive strategy for BAE Systems to enhance IT capabilities through the implementation of advanced IT Outsourcing frameworks.
- Evaluating current IT Services contractual agreements and meticulously documenting the commercial processes necessary for transitioning away from existing providers.
- Creating and overseeing forums dedicated to managing the commercial aspects of exit processes, ensuring thorough documentation of outcomes and supplier performance governance.
- Providing internal reports on the risks, costs, and implications associated with exit strategies to senior stakeholders.
- Identifying and onboarding new key suppliers, necessitating specific transition activities.
- Collaborating with internal change management teams from a commercial viewpoint to ensure adherence to transition and exit performance plans.
- Traveling as required across the UK to engage with suppliers and stakeholders.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Demonstrated expertise in IT, IT Services, and Outsourcing agreements.
- Experience in managing the exit of complex contractual arrangements.
