Procurement Project Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Project Manager to join our Global Supply Chain team in the UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading procurement initiatives, working with cross-functional teams, and developing strategic sourcing plans to support our NetZero 2050 goals.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to meet business requirements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and Westinghouse's procurement policies.
- Lead the procurement process, including RFx development, contract negotiation, and supplier management.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Engineering, Quality, and Sales Departments, to understand their needs and develop solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely and innovative solutions to meet business needs.
- Utilize data analytics to identify cost savings opportunities and develop strategies to maximize supplier base cost/value.

Requirements:
- BA/BS/ME degree in business or engineering with a number of years' experience in complex strategic project procurement management.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate strategy into tangible operational results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of ownership and accountability.
