Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the construction project, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with other construction project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure that the project is completed to the highest standards.
  • Procure materials, labor, and equipment, as well as third-party subcontractors and suppliers, to ensure that the project is completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Monitor labor, building material, and equipment budgets, and take steps to curb unnecessary expenses and costs.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve project efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure that all construction project stakeholders are aware of their roles and responsibilities, and that they are working together effectively to achieve the project's objectives.

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience managing construction projects for a contractor.
  • Proven ability to monitor construction project budgets and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in recordkeeping and electronic project management systems.
  • Experience in relaying detailed instructions to onsite construction teams.
  • Advanced negotiation skills to procure cost-effective subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Ability to closely collaborate with other construction project stakeholders.

Qualifications/Certificates:

  • CSCS black card.
  • SMSTS.
  • Fire marshal.
  • Asbestos awareness.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM.
