Key Responsibilities:

  • Register and build rapport with potential home buyers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings, providing feedback to the vendor and ensuring a smooth transaction process.
  • Negotiate offers between vendors and buyers, utilizing your excellent communication and negotiation skills to achieve the best possible outcome.
  • Arrange appointments for the mortgage broker and refer clients to solicitors, ensuring a seamless transaction process.
  • Liaise with buyers, vendors, solicitors, and other estate agents, maintaining open and transparent communication throughout the process.
  • Generate and book in property valuations for the valuer, ensuring accurate and timely valuations.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, providing valuable insights and data for future improvements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients and ensuring their needs are met.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the property industry.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and vendors.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a client-focused approach and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of the local property market is an advantage, but not essential.
  • A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle, with a willingness to travel to meet clients and conduct viewings.
